How Did It Get This Bad?

- Hey Everyone,
We have another extreme cleaning of a driveway and walkway. I don't think this one was touched for many years with this much loose debris. Per the home owners request I pushed off the debris into the beds so don't get mad at me!
Using my turbo tip I made short work of the many years of thick moss. I did not use any chemicals for this project as the home owner did not want me to so again, don't get mad. Still a very satisfying transformation.

Great job !! I thought at first you weren't going to do the retaining wall by the garage door...BUT ... you did !! That's what made the whole thing POP!! Lovely !! lol
Wow, what a difference🤩 Beautifully done👏🏻
Hi. How do you find the most neglected patios and driveways in the world?
LOL, Lucky I guess!
😀 Fantastic job everytime!
Nice work!
wow. awesome cleanup
Looks great!
It got that bad because gardeners don't think much about their masonry areas. They're concentrating on their plants.
Wonderful job, it looks great.
There is so much built-up matter on that driveway. Sometimes all you can say is, "I'm glad they got to work on it and it is better." I have a question. In cleaning, I would think that doing walls first would be a priority, so new matter doesn't drop onto a cleaned lower surface. Do you have any knowledge on why this is usually done in reverse? Obviously, it ends up neat, so in a way it doesn't matter. Very nice you got to do such a Renewal. The property looks good, the surfaces are safe to walk on and I bet the neighborhood is enjoying the neatness and brightness as much as the owners.
Thank you for your comment! If I'm cleaning a wall and also the flat surface around it, I will sometimes start with the flat surface because the debris is just going to fling up onto the wall either way. When I do the wall after the flat surface I can also rinse a little at the same time and it feels like I'm not doing the job twice. That's just my thinking on it.
Wow great job!
Wow! That was fabulous. Initially I thought that at the bottom was a HUGE pile you’d made and thought “Bloody hell, that’s insane!!” But then I realised it was a tree. 😬
Can you recommend anything for stubborn moss/algae that won’t come off with pressure washing?
Much love from a new subscriber in the UK xx
We have a product here in the U.S. called Wet and Forget. It's doesn't seem to work right away but over time it kills the moss. Might be worth a look.
I was just thinking, as I saw another of your videos, that the moss and dead grass would be good compost.
Hi Danny. Would you be willing to try a leaf vacuum? You could keep it in your vehicle as a backup. Perhaps a multifunction leaf vacuum?🙏
possibly

Are you talking about the retaining wall that was cleaned towards the end of the video?
