Cant believe its been 13 years since this video came out. I remember jamming out to this many times before their first album came out. This performance is still the best version I've heard. Havent been back to it in years. Where has the time gone?
omg i love this i have listened to the kroq part 1 2 and 3 with no video and just waiting for a video with good sound qualtity..........thanks a lot man
So far every piece of music I've heard for the new Scars record has been beautiful and epic. I felt the same way about Serjs' solo debut also, my only gripe is I think the two records combined would have been the greatest SOAD release ever...get back together!
the thing i miss most about daron is how funny he was, he was aways the crazy guy doin sumthing funny as hell i hope he'll bring bac that energy he had
Its great that we've pretty much gotten two system albums in less than a year, by that I mean Serj an Daron's solo records so nobody should be pissed off that system is separated. I'm sure they'll all come back stronger than ever and make an incredible come back record. That might not happen for another couple of years but these solo records are more than good to hold you over until then. Both Elect the Dead and SOB are incredible and I know that a next system record would be the best thing ever
I like both Scars and Serj's solo effort (i have both albums). They are both unique and great, just enjoy it people, system won't be back for a long time.
Bravo Daron and John. The rest of the band. You have me feeling warm inside already. I love how Daron was directly singing AT the audience and they were screaming and clapping along unbeknownst to the song's true meaning. I don't wanna sound all-knowing, because I dunno the true meaning of the song, but I got a humorous vibe from it. Peace System fans!
I think either this song or Chemicals is my favorite off the album. I've got Serj's album too, which I love. Listening to either SOB or Serj's solo stuff, you can obviously tell SOAD is the "parent band" of each. I know it'd be great for SOAD to get back together, but I don't think the guys are planning on that happening in the near future, sorry guys.
I think if he ever matures completely the world will implode. Seriously. It's a sign of the apocalpse. The day he doesn't have fun with his lyrics is the day we all die.
serj's album had more advertising than scars on broadway, it was one of the few albums ive seen commercials of, i didnt know about cars on broadway until i decided to read the wiki on SOAD.
I agree. Just because you can do something extremely complex, doesn't neccessarily mean you're more skilled than someone who does something simpler. Like I've seen works of art in museums that are one colour on top and another on the bottom and people think its amazing artwork, next to amazing detailed paintings that get equal amounts of recognition. Just concentrate on the music and how good it is, apprecciate it, dont spend wasted breath trying to flame it.
everyone keeps asking about why this solo isnt in the album verison of "Whoring Streets" the beginning part is actually a bonus song you can get if you purchase the album on itunes
malmsteen you are absolutely right. what bassists do is they fill the guitar they aren't acting like a guitarist. that's why in almost every band there is only one bassist... because simply they don't NEED a second bassist...
i think he has a great voice... i like all system members equally and whole heartedly support what they are doing... do i wish for a system albumn in the future? fuck yes i do. but for now... i like the variety :)
I love SOAD, people that love SOAD are gonna have to learn to love SOB, cause thats all ur gonna get for awhile till the Hiatus is over I think SOB is pretty good for a side project
Cant believe its been 13 years since this video came out. I remember jamming out to this many times before their first album came out. This performance is still the best version I've heard. Havent been back to it in years. Where has the time gone?

i cry every time i see daron and serj singing apart in diffirent bands...
This song is so deep...
esas letras que penentran en el corazon.
Dios que buenos que son...

Hello from 2020 lol
I like both Scars and Serj's solo effort (i have both albums). They are both unique and great, just enjoy it people, system won't be back for a long time.

holy shit!!! THIS IS AWESOME
I think if he ever matures completely the world will implode. Seriously. It's a sign of the apocalpse. The day he doesn't have fun with his lyrics is the day we all die.
i agree, John is an amazing drummer
FRIKIN AWESOME PERFORMANCE!!! I wish I could look like Daron , one of the best songs ever no DOUBT!!!
serj's album had more advertising than scars on broadway, it was one of the few albums ive seen commercials of, i didnt know about cars on broadway until i decided to read the wiki on SOAD.
Ich liebe dieses Lied!!!!!
I agree. Just because you can do something extremely complex, doesn't neccessarily mean you're more skilled than someone who does something simpler. That and they say reminds me "the end" by doors...and i agree with you Xylobane.

This song is way better live. These guys blew me away last year......One of the best acts at the Winne Roast!!!!
I think this version is actually way better then the album version. You have more bas, drums and guitar plus the guitar solo is so cool

everyone keeps asking about why this solo isnt in the album verison of "Whoring Streets"

The Best!
The part they play before the actual Whore Street song is a bonus track you get if you buy the whole album off iTunes.
malmsteen you are absolutely right. what bassists do is they fill the guitar they aren't acting like a guitarist. that's why in almost every band there is only one bassist... because simply they don't NEED a second bassist...

Amazing.
aa xiaaoo la hiciste de oro...

such untapped potential. what a shame.
i think he has a great voice... i like all system members equally and whole heartedly support what they are doing... do i wish for a system albumn in the future? fuck yes i do. but for now... i like the variety :)
Malakian looks so much like Rick Rubin with that "chic" of receding long hair and bear-beard. A hard-core Richard Stallman...
I love SOAD, people that love SOAD are gonna have to learn to love SOB, cause thats all ur gonna get for awhile till the Hiatus is over
I think SOB is pretty good for a side project
this instrumental live is badass
3,22 - devils eyes, like in good old times. he's changed a lot but, he's still devil inside
the more I hear from Scars the more im anticipating the album release. Hears hoping...
AMAZING
he smiled a lot during that show
