Hi friend in today's video you have shown your great machine although you do not seem a rookie I give you three-piece of advice, buy a winter-buff for the neck (in that place is essential), buy a pulsometer (if you want to be in a good shape you need to work above approx. 115 of heart-rate), concluding with you need to change your tires for other slightly wider and with drawing, I like your bike, it is seems made by carbon and this brand makes bikes a good quality-prize product, enjoy it.

Could i give you some advice,?As first put in a odometer , then when it's cold you should wear something to cover mouth and troat , the shoes , a bikebell to ring in case of danger , a device for the camera, bye have fun.

Gluten Morgen! 😃😃Thanks so much for reserving a piece of cake for me! 😎 I'm glad to hear your twenties are going well! Have you taken up any new hobbies (besides becoming a world-class baker?) I'm hoping to take up photography again at some point if I ever actually buy a new camera. I really like the new Panasonic S5, but the problem is that camera companies take so long to develop lenses. A few years ago, Panasonic, Sigma, and Leica started the L-mount alliance. I'd like to buy a super-telephoto lens for wildlife photography, but there's no telling when they will release a lens like that. Same goes for Nikon with their mirrorless Z mount. Right now, Sony is the only full-frame mirrorless camera company that has a lot of cameras and lenses. Tomorrow Sony will announce the A7c, so I'm excited about that! I think there's a fairly high chance I'll buy it if I doesn't cost me a kidney. I can't remember if I ever answered your question about hybrid cameras. Yes, ideally, I'd like a camera that I can use for photography and video. That way I'm not carrying two separate cameras and lenses when I travel. If my budget allows, I might buy the Sony A7c along with their 200-600mm lens for wildlife photography. Samyang has a line of cheap, compact prime lenses for Sony cameras, so I might pick up a few of those too for video and normal photography. Anyway, I'm talking your ear off about cameras now. 555 Yes, I've heard of Novak's book and diet, but I haven't looked into it too much. I'll do some research on it! I'm sure he'll have more time on his hands these days to do more writing. 🤣 (In my opinion, he got so unlucky with his temporary lapse in judgement. He's a true gentleman and probably would have won the tournament! Maybe he can write a book on temper management! 😁) My feeling is that people's gluten and dairy sensitivities have a lot to do with the method of production. When food becomes mass-produced, it loses its quality and might even become harmful (e.g., pesticides, growth-hormones, etc.) I don't think people 1000 years ago had these issues to the extent we have them today. Also, pollutants in our air, water, and food weaken our digestive system so that it can't break down things like gluten and dairy. I think it's possible that gluten and diary are extremely healthy but if the body can't break them down, they trigger an inflammatory response. The old adage "you are what you eat" would be better if it was "you are what you digest". Anyway, I don't want to talk your ear off about diets like I did about cameras! Great jokes! Lol. I must have died a few hundred years ago too! 😁 Have a great day in Germany!

First that all, nice bike. I am from Colombia and here is very popular ride bicycle because the weather is perfect for that activity, I have a bike too and I like to go with my bike for different places, you can find mountains or flatland, I feel free when I ride my bicycle it's a good sensation.

I'm hoping to take up photography again at some point if I ever actually buy a new camera. I really like the new Panasonic S5, but the problem is that camera companies take so long to develop lenses. A few years ago, Panasonic, Sigma, and Leica started the L-mount alliance. I'd like to buy a super-telephoto lens for wildlife photography, but there's no telling when they will release a lens like that. Same goes for Nikon with their mirrorless Z mount. Right now, Sony is the only full-frame mirrorless camera company that has a lot of cameras and lenses. Tomorrow Sony will announce the A7c, so I'm excited about that! I think there's a fairly high chance I'll buy it if I doesn't cost me a kidney. I can't remember if I ever answered your question about hybrid cameras. Yes, ideally, I'd like a camera that I can use for photography and video. That way I'm not carrying two separate cameras and lenses when I travel. If my budget allows, I might buy the Sony A7c along with their 200-600mm lens for wildlife photography. Samyang has a line of cheap, compact prime lenses for Sony cameras, so I might pick up a few of those too for video and normal photography. Anyway, I'm talking your ear off about cameras now. 555
Yes, I've heard of Novak's book and diet, but I haven't looked into it too much. I'll do some research on it! I'm sure he'll have more time on his hands these days to do more writing. 🤣 (In my opinion, he got so unlucky with his temporary lapse in judgement. He's a true gentleman and probably would have won the tournament! Maybe he can write a book on temper management! 😁)
My feeling is that people's gluten and dairy sensitivities have a lot to do with the method of production. When food becomes mass-produced, it loses its quality and might even become harmful (e.g., pesticides, growth-hormones, etc.) I don't think people 1000 years ago had these issues to the extent we have them today. Also, pollutants in our air, water, and food weaken our digestive system so that it can't break down things like gluten and dairy. I think it's possible that gluten and diary are extremely healthy but if the body can't break them down, they trigger an inflammatory response. The old adage "you are what you eat" would be better if it was "you are what you digest". Anyway, I don't want to talk your ear off about diets like I did about cameras!
