I like the music. It felt off and glitchy with how the music suddenly cuts ahead or back. And it fits the theme of Novus. I also like that the boss had to be beaten with Healing.
Wait how did you deal damage to that boss by healing him? I'm rather new to wizard101 so I don't really get that. I know about beguile making you effectively an enemy's teammate for a turn, but why did the heal deal damage
@@bussyyussy7188So I’m guessing the cheat is, whenever the abyss takes damage he’ll take it right back from you, so the only way to do it is to do the opposite of hitting and heal him?
@@Wolf_pigs yeah basically the only way to defeat this boss is by healing him (it kinda hints it at the beginning of the fight [3:42]: "The abyss cannot tolerate these heals...")
Boss cheat does damage based on healing. He put himself into a position where he could heal the boss an extreme amount, then let the boss retaliate itself

oh my god i've been so in love with the main quests in novus that i didn't consider the side quests would fuck like that too
Try and solo it! Should be manageable for life.
I guess I could try one day but this was me and my questing partners getting through Novus

What is that "death pip" for?
There are new pips added to the game 1 for each school. You use them for certain spells which require them.

it’s one of the “cheats.” as you progress through the game, you’ll find more bosses that have special “cheats” you can just look them up tho
