"Decriminalized" is not the same as "legalized" .

Well actually it is the same. The definition of decriminalization says that you can no longer be prosecuted for it its not a crime. If you cannot be prosecuted for herb, whats the difference between decriminalizing it and legalizing it? If its legal you cant be arrested for it. They really are the same. The shitstem use semantics and changes the definition of these words to suit their agenda. The politricksters want to commercialize it for their own power/monetary gain and continue to persecute man and woman for herb. This natural plant should be allowed to be planted smoked and held anywhere at anytime. How can a politician tell i and i that if i cultivate an amount of herb that he say is ok to plant i cannot be persecuted. But if i plant two,three ten times the amount mr politician says is ok, i am a criminal again??? If i hold an ounce im not a criminal but if i hold ten pounds im a criminal???
