Eastern Skunk Cabbage (Symplocarpus foetidus). I always thought that Skunk Cabbage, which contains calcium oxalate crystals, was inedible. However, the Wood Ducks apparently didn't get the memo. In addition to seeing them eat something unusual, I've never happened upon such a large congregation of Wood Ducks before, so this video is special on two counts.
