both are good phones but in this price segment I think moto is better performing device , MTK is better than samsung's exynos in long term usage. samsung's budget phones are not that much feature packed.

I am not a Samsung user or Motorola user. But still if I have to buy a new mobile I would go for samsung because of 4 years of Android updates which is so good and no other brand provides such Android updates other than Google . Ads and bloatware can be removed on any brand of phones so that won't be a problem .

Amoled is not long lasting, it deteriorates, n more the phone heats faster it dies. Its also more fragile. So viewing experience is better but risk is higher.
