friends this video is made on MDI mode .cnc programming in hindi is very usefull for you.MDI (manual data input) full discription is there.in mdi mode three main functions performed first is spindle rotation ,second one turret or tool indexing and third last is doing home position through G Code G 28 .all things done here on machine for your better .All cnc vmc realated g codes or m codes we can use in mdi modes

U0.00 means x0.00 it's ok,but v0.00 means z0.00 according to absolute language,so sir if z axis is 0.00 then the tool will touches the middle portion of the component,but here z axis is going on +ve value,means in the right side of the component,then how does it occurs sir,if x axis is in 0.00 then it's ok it means the tool will be in the middle point of the component,if x axis is in + ve then it means the tool will be in the upper part of the component,& if x axis is in - ve,then the tool will be in the lower part of the component, it's ok,but if z axis is in +ve then the tool will goes away towards right side of the component,& if z axis is in -ve then the tool will be inserted inside the component,so as in the incremental language v is 0.00 means z axis is in 0.00 so it should be touch the center point of the component, because u is also0.00,means x axis is in 0.00 position,so as both x and y axis are in the 0.00 so the tool should be in the center point of the component,but it doesn't occurs here,plz explain it sir,I want to know about this,I think G28 only shows the home position of the tool,& it occurs after the completion of the mechanical operation,plz reply sir,u never reply sir,plz reply sir

Is M04 is for the reverse rotation of the spindle or Chuck,& M03 is for the clock wise rotation of the spindle,but in the video u write the programming command of M03 so,the spindle should rotate in the clock wise direction,but in the video,the spindle is rotating anti clock Wise,I watch it clearly that the spindle is rotated in the anti clock Wise direction,why does it happens sir,plz reply sir,I eagerly waiting for ur reply sir,u r doing a fantastic job,but plz 🙏 reply me sir,I want to clear my doubt
