For scouting, the best way of finding generational player is to always discover new prospects and then take the one that aren’t rank in the mlb board. For some reason they are always good

I think playing/player locking a game or two a week is perfect. BUT I think the best thing for us to see is just a super quick look at the box score, like you sorta were here. Just click on, see the major stats, and onto the next. Think it’ll just make it way easier to keep track when not playing all 162. Love the MLB franchise idea hope it sticks!

Bit of a wild storyline, but just an idea. What if you brought back the all-star corner outfielders Nick Castellanos and Jesse Winker. Maybe you trade for Nick at the midseason mark. And sign Winker over the off-season to avoid an in-division trade.

This game starting out just like the Reds-Phillies game I went to last Saturday (April 15) in Cincy. Wil Myers went 3-4 with 2 homers, a double, and a K. Reds won 13-0. Myers has done absolutely nothing in the 8 games since then.
On the scoreboard issue, I mean someone who is new to baseball (like myself) seeing the scoreboard would be nice. I've literally only arrived at MLB this weekend so I'm completely new. But it's not a major problem for me
You definitely don’t have to do this but playing with quick counts on could provide you with enough time to play more games per episode. Just a thought
Part of the problem with scouting is the scouts just don’t actually accomplish that much. They need to make it where even if it’s a minimum of 25-50% you should have scouted at least most of the prospects.
Ahh see this is why I usually just turn injuries off in franchise. I know it takes away the simulating management part, but having to constantly go in and fix the roster sizes and lineups for all 3 levels is too tedious for me.

I didn't buy mlbts23 because I'm not convinced the upgrades to scouting and draft are worth getting rid of my 22 franchise. Has the pool of players in the draft increased in terms of the number of quality players? My issue with 22 and prior was the lack of good players in the draft. Hard to sustain a franchise without good quality draft classes.
hasn’t done much of anything since though nor has any other hitter. A whopping 6 runs scored in their last 6 games, all of which were losses, three of them shutouts.
