Honestly, I struggle the most with the part at 1:30. I hate changes in scroll velocity, it throws me off and I can't read it worth shit. When I FC'd this a while back, this was the most annoying part because I would lose so much acc and sometimes miss. It's especially weird because of how slow of a pattern it is at 222 BPM.
If there is one thing I despise about Mania are the changes or pauses in scroll speeds, if you're proofreading the song and not paying tons of attention you'll always lose the first or the first couple notes when it does that (specially the pauses, scroll change not so much depending on how much it is)
just recently moved from standard to mania, actually improving now your playstyle looks quite interesting, almost like a clawgrip. ill have to give it a try and see if its viable for me
