Just an idea -- what about a built in bar in your third story tower? With bar stools so you can sit up higher and look out the window. Then there is a place to put your drinks while you watch the fireworks!
I just found this channel a couple of weeks ago and it is so comforting! Her voice alone just relaxes you.
