The truck crash video isn't a crash test for the truck, it's a demonstration of a retractable bollard to protect places against truck bombs getting close. It was on the british TV program, Fifth Gear.
Being run over by a motorcycle is not really that effective, if you run into something or someone you will quickly fall over and you will likely not even kill the person you hit. So a motor cycle is a lot less dangerous when it comes to someone using it as a weapon.
Now for Anti-Bollard missiles. Imagine if a missile launcher was mounted low on the truck, to take out the bollards, but the missile would probably fly by it, and the bollard would do it's job, so 2 or 3 bollards, would do the job effectively.
