Neal Webb and I spent about 3 days filming this clip in all kinds of amazing locations around Queensland, Australia. We set out to have fun and do what we love and this video is the end result! - Enjoy.

What I find awesome is how you can through it in the air and still catch it in that amount of light. I do fire dancing and I always have trouble with that.
Put a line of yellow tape in the centre of the staff and aim for the tape every time. You will start to catch the staff within a few throughs.

OberonLee Most staffs have reflective tape on either side of the grip, and some have a strip in the middle, but really throws are more about going with the flow than they are throwing then reacting and catching it, I do a lot of poi tosses and once you master it you can do it with your eyes closed.
All you need is 3 spare days and cool group of friends :)
