Hello From CANADA. I'm on the Alberta/Saskatchewan boarder....on a big cattle farm. I've been listening to your channel regularly as I make my evening meals. Thank you for posting your talents for the world to enjoy!!

I've enjoyed these guys for a long time- they are great. I was watching RFD TV last night where some groups were attempting to play this stuff right- no way- they couldn't carry water for these guys. Also, may Jim rest in peace- he's very much missed. Rick in the Adirondacks

I will assume that you are referring to Lloydminster.. :) That is where I live also. If you know of anyone who plays that type of music around here let me know. I am learning the fiddle :)

This is a great bunch of pickers to play along with at home. They play straight no silly tricks fiddle tunes that have no surprises. You can really brush up on your chops with this group.

Your fiddling would sound much better (nothing wrong with your playing) if you would play it halfway between the fingerboard and the bridge. You get lousey sound by playing it over the fingerboard. Just pay attention to your bow. Find the "sweet spot".

@ScotchIrishFool1 R U kidding me ?!?! Sad that you don't know what natural music is friend. Would rather be hit with a bat ! Get out of that social crap and into the reality of expression dude !!! It's all about the individual and his/her ability to process what they want to express. Jim and his kin are acceptional.. htese are all just jams ... RELAX !!!! enjoy !!! wanna try some of this ?riohetersh
