Its Interesting, India is rebuilding and replacing its old capital into a more modern robust looking and better functioning center of power of the government of India, while Egypt is building a new Captial "New Cairo" and now Indonesia.... interesting.

Indonesia still has deep connection to it's Hindu culture. Even our military mottos are in sanskrit not latin or arab
    Indonesian Army (Kartika Eka Paksi)
    Indonesian Navy (Jalesveva Jayamahe)
    Indonesian Airforce (Swa Bhuwana Paksa)
Maybe friends from India can explain what it means ?

They have not sacrificed their tradition for the religion.
Indonesians are more Hindu in tradition than the Indians.

Yes.Nusantara is an Indonesian word for the Indonesian archipelago. ... Dvipantara is a Sanskrit word for the "islands in between", the synonym to Nusantara as both dvipa and nusa in Sanskrit means "island"

@@planetcave Steve where are you from? The best soldiers in the world come from Australia. Jungle warfare is Australia's speciality.. Aussie men should be allowed to live in Indonesia for free and have up to 10 children with a Javanese girl. In no time Indonesia will have a better and more deadly army.. Australian's are the best soldiers because of the tough climate in Australia and also Australian's have a rebellious convict defiance blood in them..
