@ 0:46 it shows the driver master window switch with four window buttons which would control the two front and two windows in the second row. I'm guessing that there's no way to control the third row windows???

Rows two and three are operated simultaneously via the switch at the driver's seat. Each passenger can open/close theirs individually.

Affirmative, the rear heat and A/C on these blows forward from underneath the third row seat and towards the roof from the backside of the rear seat.
