@@AlfezM_1 it means that these colleges are tier 4 colleges so it's okay to promote these colleges but they should be mentioning that these are tier 3-4 colleges in their videos so that the students don't carried away
It isn’t tier 4 brother…please have some research and evidence before conveying any information
