Ladies, you all were SPOT ON with so many things here && in your other videos also! 👏
Specifically towards the end when yall spoke about handling false allegations against us and *not* even sayyyying the word 'narcissist'. I was just thinking that same thing as I am preparing for pretrial.
I am only 2 months into a verrrry ugly custody case w/my bitter ex and our kids right now and let me tell ya i mustve yelled out "YES! YESSS, EXACTLY!" idk how many times😅.
I have a court appointed attorney, and shes great, but I'm feeling alot stronger everyday, hell i might not even need her now... JK!!! 😅
Honestly though, thank you SO much. 🙏

Morning, first off love yalls videos. Currently going through a custody pre trial here in pinal county. I was awarded sole custody and parenting time on father's discretion. Mother has petition the court's for full custody and no parental rights to father. Made tremendous allegations that are false. I've complied with DCS and BIA Attorney on these. They're has been no substantial changes in how our son's stability is and welfare. #1 what evidence should I bring to the table as we're representing ourselves? #2 how likely am I to keep our current court's orders as a father? Thanks much

If I've filed for sole custody and am being kept from my son because the mother is upset about it even though she's let me see him she just does it when she is tired of watching him or feels bad I don't know what to say I've only seen my son four times since December 7th

What can I do when there is an order of protection placed by a false claim . Then the other person uses the order of protection as a weapon against you so they can have their way with you .

Over and over, what you are saying is that Judges are unpredictable and attorneys are playing whack-a-mole. That’s what I saw during my divorce last year and you’re confirming it.

@ Sort of. I provided facts BUT the Judge, and she was the best of three, still used her judgement and not the law (that I had to use). I did the last two years Pro Se and glad I did. It cost my Ex at least $30k in attorneys fees and padded bills to pay me what he was ordered to pay to begin with, a little over $30k. Plus, he lost his $150k a year job, his security clearance and he still has 2 years of alimony to pay (or go to jail). He did keep his 70 year old intimate drinking partner. It’s worked out for me but only once I accepted who he is then used it against him. His lawyer was just lazy and I used that against him. I just had to stay close, pay attention, prep and be polite and keep my expectations low. I thought he was going to lose his shit when I called his partner as a witness. I didn’t ask anything of significance but it really pissed him off. They didn’t expect it and didn’t prep for it. He should have had a heart attack just from the loss of control. Sweet.

I just want to say that just as often as a man is to request for equal time to reduce or eliminate child support obligations. A mother is just as likely to make the entire visitation as difficult as possible for the father so they can get the maximum amount of child support. Including making false allegations or purposely trigering a man to commit domestic violence by keeping the kids from the father. (I.e; a couple breaks up when a child is in toddler age and moms with hold the child from the father. That easily will trigger a father to make threats via text messages or voicemail.) having gone though that twice with two different females I would say that happens more often then men trying to get out of child support. At least women are a lot more successful at pushing men out of kids lives then men are successful at lowering or even eliminating child support.
