How can someone so young have so much wisdom? With each and every video you produce, you continue to amaze me. Thank you!

Quoted for truth. Eric and Tony scare me (in a good way). How can anyone know so much about money.

Indeed! He has so much wisdom, I really like his principle, life isn’t,t all about $$$! I think I will retire soon, am one who has been on the fence😊

A good plan that can actually be followed always beats an optimum plan that can't.

Eric, you are so right, in order to enjoy retirement with peace in mind and avoid tax burden later in life, better convert as much 401k to Roth as you can.

If the single most important thing is peace of mind, then the answer surely involves (at least in part) the use of annuities.

I T apostrophe S is only a contraction of IT IS, not a possessive form. (Occasionally, IT HAS.)

Not sure if you’ve adjusted your talking speed but if you did, 👍. Really enjoyed this one as you explained me when I struggle to explain to others why I paid off my home in 7 years with a 3% mortgage and have started Roth conversions while working even though I don’t need to.

Opinions are like noses. Everyone has one!
    Validate and verify.
Macroeconomic strategic allocation utilizing a model is the only way to understand your present financial position. If you don’t know where you are today, how will you know what the best move is?

Great presentation! Does inherited fixed deferred annuity (lump sum) have a step-up cost basis?

I am on a 5 to 10 year program to purchase US Treasury I Bonds to build my cash bucket going into retirement in 5 or 6 years. I am doing this as a way to de-risk my portfolio going into retirement and also to build a 5 to 10 year I Bond ladder in my cash bucket. So this cash at least keeps up with CPI inflation.

WOW! Great video! I love your mathematical acumen, as I am mathematical as well. I have been following you and learning so much. Yet making decisions on how I feel is a big part of my decision making. I love this new addition to your videos. Validation! Thank you!!

Eric, I love your videos. I really like the forward looking tax plan charts you present that display a bar chart of income by year along with the lines that show how much falls under each tax bracket. Is that something you created, or is it publicly available software that we could use to project our own scenarios? Thanks so much.

You have heard the expression: " Show me the money." Eric's is: " Show me the numbers." When mathematical intelligence was handed out, someone pointed to Eric and said to start with him first.
