Kunal Kamra was(is?) my hero. He is the OG of unfiltered thoughts. But what went wrong with this podcast is the timing. If this podcast would have been shot a year or two back, this would have really peaked. Now it's more like u guys in one level and KK being on an altogether another level and there is no mid-way or at least Kunal doesn't care enough to try. It seems like he is so tired of the magnitude of the masses opposing him that he has sort of given up like any 30+ corporate employee does once he gets into a comfort zone. Which brings us back to the original question of timing: if it was the Kunal of two years back, this would have been one hell of a podcast!

I want to add to the legal notice part. So it's seriousness depends on the intention of the person sending it. If his intention is just to scare you and not drag you in court then you can just ignore it. But if his intention is to drag you in court and of you ignore that notice then you're more vulnerable, because you had got the legal notice but you did not respond to it.

Kunal makes a valid point about the Nupur Sharma incident regarding the use of non-violence over truth in that environment but the problem with that argument arises when people seem to live under a rock when comics like Munawar Fariqui's shows get cancelled for constantly abusing Hindu gods and traditions, and the comics & the fans are surprised by this reaction? This justification is just the usual appeasement coverups and to act holier than thou makes it all the more hilarious tbh.
I think this podcast has low budget because they have only 2 cameras instead of 4. But it is good because if there were 4 cameras, the white shirt guy does not count in this podcast.
