I just picked one up, it is a hefty little knife for sure! The button lock does work well, I like the option of the thumbstuds to open as well. No blade play in the one I got. Great review! Thanks for sharing with us eh!👍
I am glad you are happy with the knife and it works well for you. I hope you get good use out of it. Thanks for sharing and for the positive words. Cheers and have a great day.
I grabbed one, a good knife. if buck threw a little more into it it would be a great knife. a little better steel (at least 440hc), some gimping on the spine, a lanyard hole, nicer pocket clip made for the knife not some leftover pocket clip (maybe even reversible). I really love the rock solid build quality, the blade shape, the fidgetability and the button lock. I'm hoping for a bold future for this knife, kind of like Kershaw did with the leek.
I agree with your evaluation of this knife. I would like to see some jimping and a little weight reduction. I like your idea of them continuing on and being like the Leek. That is an interesting thought. Thanks for sharing and watching and I hope that you are correct.
They run $36.99 plus $10 shipping here on the west coast USA. It is disappointing you found blade play. I am also surprised that the handle finish is deteriorating. It seems there is a difference in the the fit and finish on the imported Bucks compared to the USA made ones. Thanks for sharing Brian!
Hey Jay. I was a little surprised myself with the finish. I think the USA made knives are probably better in the fit and finish. Oh well, I will continue to use it. Great price by the way. I will have to come to your neck of the woods to buy some knives. Thanks for watching and all the best my friend.
I’ve been eyeing this one up at the store as well. Part of me just wishes it was a bit lighter to compare better with other knives around that size. I like the looks of it
It is a heavier knife but it is not too bad when you are handling it. If they had used aluminum it would have cut down on the weight but I still like it. Happy decision making. You could always hold off and see if they come out with a lighter version. Thanks for commenting and watching.
Blade play does happen in some knives especially when companies try doing something new. They usually sort it out after a bit of time. Hopefully Buck will do the same. It may have just been this one knife as well. Thanks for watching and all the best to you my friend.
I have one. Is it pretty, YES. But I give it a 2 out of 10 on the action. Mine wont open when you try and flick with the button lock. I just use the thumb stud most times.
Sorry to hear that. Have you contacted Buck? Apparently they have really good customer service. It might be worth a try. You could also try some pivot lubricant and slightly loosening the pivot screw. I hope you enjoy the knife. Thanks for sharing and watching. Cheers.
Not a fan of the knife, another fidget flicker, (medium priced for a Buck) but the market is saturated with these code clickers. Get a Buck 112 Slim for $32, unless you really need to wack that blade out. Interesting channel, liked and subscribed
I understand. Not everybody fidgets with their knife. The 112 is a great knife and that is a great price. It usually sells for $50 or more here in my neck of the woods. The 110 is also a great choice for an everyday carry. Thanks for watching and sharing. Welcome to the channel. Cheers.

Maybe you should tell them about the blade play ? I would expect my brand new item to not be defective.
