  • Koh Phi Phi (pronounced Pee Pee) is located about 45km East of Phuket and offers some excellent dive sites for all levels of diver. Phi Phi Islands diving day trips are available from Phuket by speedboat or slower dive boats. Phi Phi special. In many places you find shallow hard coral gardens, making Phi Phi a good spot for snorkeling as well as scuba diving. Koh Bida Nok and Koh Bida Nai, at the South end of the Phi Phi island chain are among the best sites in the region.

We are here diving the same spots. So many yellow fusiliers! And we saw some great reef sharks and a *massive* turtle. Off to dive the wreck tomorrow woohoo!

@@DariuszOsiak thanks. Did you use gopro? Did you have 'everything looking green' problem especially in deep footages? If so how did you overcome the problem? Or have you used a red filter while recording?

I'm still using the gopro 7 black as an additional camera. I don't use a red filter because it is not useful below 12 meters. However, I use two spotlights and two underwater video lamp with 6000 lumens each. If the films are intended for home use only, the green water effect can be eliminated using the DIVE + phone application. On my channel are videos from Bali where I used the Dive + application th-cam.com/video/a_jQl7eb9Eo/w-d-xo.html and this th-cam.com/video/s6gpSzVGUy0/w-d-xo.html

Anyone know what’s that long snout, long body fish at 5:15? Saw them when diving in Thailand but can’t find a name to them

      Cornetfish or Smooth Flutemouth
Extremely elogated, needle-thin tail. Can change colouration in a matter of seconds to very pale or dark grey brown.
