If I have a hard time using the machine are there any people who can help me. This was a good video others the person even made mistakes. If there's a long line and end up taking to much time what would I do. It sounds funny but I never did it but you have done this many times. Thank you.
How does one simply buy the seat revervation without buying a ticket? We already have Eurail Passes and don't need to purchase the tickets themselves. I know this is an option on the kiosk, but I haven't ever seen which options to select to avoid having to buy the tickets.
Hi, a very simple question. If you want to go to a specific place/station which requires you to change 2-3 trains from the airport, do you just buy one single travel ticket which covers all FEX, S/U bahn, tram? It’s not very obvious and I am aware of the fact that ignorance can lead to a penalty for ticketless travel. Not sure why this information is not written someplace which practically helps tourists ensure they got the right tickets. 🤔😪
@@nikolanbgd9371 Hi. I have to change from an S-bahn to U-bahn (Hannover Flughafen to Hannover-Nordstadt in an S-bahn, and then change to U-bahn from Fenskestraße to Krepenstraße). Can I buy a single ticket to and fro? Or should I buy separate ticket at the kiosk?
Do you know, if one can reserve a seat with InterRail or Eurail using a ticket kiosk without having to purchase the normal ticket? I want to reserve the seats without using the app. I want to use the paper version, as I am uncertain, if my telephone company in the USA will allow me data access once in Europe. Therefore I must rely on the paper passes and tickets. However, I simply want to purchase the seat reservations without buying the corresponding ticket, and the reservation lines at the travel centers in the stations are horribly long. Is there an option to use the ticket vending machines for simply the reservation portion?
Very helpful video, but i want to ask is the departure point and RVV logo are automatically appears in the machine? Are departure point is always state from where the machine location right? Thankyouso much
Probably a bit late, but: On IC/EC/ICE it's 60€ minimum, or double the full-price ticket (whatever is higher). They'll usually let you buy the ticket for that price on the train, or they'll kick you out. On RB/RE/Buses etc. it's the same 60€ or double and you'll almost always be kicked out.
Earlier this year I visited Vienna and was amazed by how easy it was to use these type of machines to find day trips to other locations.
good video, Arnhem in holland has a german train ticket machine also ,was working in august 2023, but out of order in december 2023.
Convenient. Easy to Access.

I'm no one explains the simple parts which is why it's so confusing. I bet you have learned by now and I am trying to figure this out.
Depends, you forgot to give us the name of the Airport and city
Hi, I would have the same doubt, the city is Stuttgart. Thank you in advance!

Nice video… Is this machine available at Berlin Brandenburg airport ? Can I buy a ticket to go to other city in Europe through the machine ?
The machines are at pretty much all train stations and yes, you can buy the tickets to other locations if there is a route available with DB
