- In this episode we remove, prep and paint the rear mudguard or fender on our Suzuki VL250 (or VL 250) Intruder 250 LC bobber project. We use sepetone spray filler/primer, then acrylic base coat and motomax 2k or 2 pack clear from a can for a fuel resistant & fuel proof finish. We the cut and polish and install the tins back on the bike and reveal the colour.
