Voyage to a Remote Lighthouse | Drone Footage of Morris Island Lighthouse

Just south of the entrance to Charleston Harbor stands Morris Island Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse in South Carolina. Decommissioned in 1962, local groups have worked to preserve the historic site as it dates back to the Civil War. Despite undergoing a hurricane and an earthquake, this third iteration of the lighthouse stood its ground. Thanks for watching!
