How To Block Someone On Instagram 2024 English | Instagram Block

There are two ways to block someone on Instagram:
* *From their profile:*
1. Launch the Instagram app or go to the Instagram website.
2. Navigate to the profile page of the user you want to block.
3. Tap the ellipses (three dots) on the user's profile page to open a menu.
4. Tap "Block" in the menu.
5. A "Block Account" window will appear, confirming that the user will no longer be able to find your profile, posts, or stories, and that they will not be notified that you have blocked them.

7. Another window will appear confirming that you have successfully blocked the user.
* *From your settings:*
1. Go to your profile page by tapping on your profile picture in the bottom right corner of the app.

3. Select "Settings".
4. Tap "Privacy".
5. Tap "Blocked accounts".
6. Tap the search bar at the top and enter the username of the person you want to block.
7. Tap "Block" to the right of their name.
