Great video. I was trying to explain to my 70 year old mother which pepper sprays to look for and what to avoid. As usual she had no idea what I was talking about and when I realized she was literally trying to write down everything I was saying I told her to just look it up on the internet or better yet look on youtube. I could almost see the look of confusion in her face through the phone. After a long pause she said "You tube?...thats the brand of pepper spray I ask the man at the store for" After facepalming several times I decided then and there to just send her the link. Your video was by far the best I found. THANK YOU!!! Without your video I'm sure she definitely would have called me from the store and put me on the phone with the person at the store for me to tell them what she needed. For saving me from this fate I shall give you a like and my everlasting gratitude. Thank you again good sir.
I’m glad Sabre spray is orangey red in color and not clear. I’m not a fan of clear colored pepper spray because it’s not as easy to see where it’s going when you are spraying your target. At least if it’s an orange red color or even the green you did haha, then you see that it hits your target a lot better !
I totally agree Mr. Terror. I don't know why clear spray is made. Guard dog makes a spray with a glow in the dark trigger. It would be neat if someone made a glow in the dark spray.
Great video. Can you please make a video where you test spray each one of these pepper sprays into your eyes so we can find out which one works the best. Thanks.
I will not be doing that exactly. I was thinking about making a video where I get sprayed, then force my right I open with my left hand, then try to shoot targets with a pistol.
My buddy who is a police officer carrys fox labs im not a cop but i carry a gun and i carry fox too i think even regular people that carry a gun should carry some form of less than lethal not all situations call for a gun. And my girl carrys pom pepper spray its really good you should check it out good video man you got my sub
I used Sabre red with that keyring and it broke on the first spray ,,got 1 weak spray to one eye,,I keep the gel one in my car and I keep the police one hooked in my pocket .once a month test it to make sure it works ..
Have you seen the vids of army recruits getting tear gas exposure? They are worthless after a few seconds of exposure. The pepper spray chemical works faster, but tear gas is no joke.
I carry the Sabre GEL/Small sprayer/MACE pepperguard 10% // MACE police triple action/ a tactical pen...Or a good carry knife...Or my sharpshooter keychain....
I strongly recommend against carrying and using any pepper spray that looks like a bullet hand gun. If police see you shooting someone or just drawing something that looks like a hand gun, the police or the person your confronting may assume it is a bullet gun and return fire - that happened to a young teen in Ohio that was just playing with a toy gun that looked exactly like a Glock gun.
This article has the pros and cons of each. Also, I tested a POM pepper spray and it was very good. I review it here :: concealedcarryandrew.com/great-pepper-sprays-for-every-day-carry/
Been in law enforcement for a long time and as a less lethal instructor, that is the worst representation of pepper spray (oc) to get. Mace and First Defense are the worst companies to buy. Their quality control and products are terrible.
Don't take advice in how to save your life from TH-camrs that have never been in a fight in their lives. Bad advice is a lot more dangerous than no advice at all. Go learn some street tactics before following this guys advice and thinking you now can defend yourself in the street. Nope, you can't. This guy or you, spraying any of these the way you see here, would get your ass kicked in about 5 seconds. Any of these pepper sprays can help you but only if someone teaches you how to use them. Just opening a package and saying child like things, like, "the range of the light is the same as the range of the spray". Sure, you go to war out in the street thinking that and see how long you last. You won't. This guy is showing you how far a spray goes and that has nothing to do with defending yourself, but he thinks this is important to know. No, it's not. If you think you will win any fight spaying 10 ft at someone with this stuff or anything, you will lose, and lose big. It's not just this kid here, all the guys telling you how far a pepper spay goes is giving you useless information. It's got nothing to do with selfdefense because it's a close up tool 4-6 ft. max, of the bad guy will easily duck and charge you, he may trip from laughter how dumb you are, but he won't be deterred one bit by an arc of spray landing next to him. Learn tactics, not stream distance if you want to survive in the wild. Learn fighting only from fighters, not mama's boys that read instructions to you from a package.

You've made my day. I'm glad the vid helped y'all.
How many years has your grandmother been living under uh rick?😃
So which one did she get?
@@mrmr23 You know, I don't even know. She most likely completely ignored my advice and never got any. Lol
@@ConcealedCarryAndrew What about Byrna?
Hit a lady on drugs with fox foam and man that stuff has some range. Took about 5 seconds to kick in. Worked great.
Thanks for you review! One of the best review video!
You are super welcome.
Oh, that fox is the one for me. They make GREAT stuff and that green lets me know IMMEDIATELY where I need to adjust my aim. Thanks for sharing!
Good stuff! Strobe lights are fantastic for disorienting an attacker.
Thanks Mr. Baggins

Ridges are for indexing so I can spray the right way. Helps in the dark

Well said, pepper spray is so under rated as a self defense tool.
Good job! Shopping now!
Thank you Mr. Bone.
Fox is actually in the civilian market it's the hottest stuff in the market as well
Awesome video keep up the great work Sir !!
Thank you so much. I will.
You're definitely welcome and thank you!
very important info missing in the video is the ounces because in California we can only have 2.5 ounces!
That is correct ☝️
Good video. That big can soaked the dummy head
Thank you,
That pepper enforcement can is a powerhouse.
You should have tested them all on live subjects and those who scream the loudest would tell us what we need to know ...
Not a fan of the Jet Stream. I prefer Foggers. You don't miss with Foggers.
These spray far delivering food u have to be safe. Some neighborhoods are rough gun violence is a problem. That's why I like Pepper sprays
Nice review
Thank you,
I hope it helped you.

Which is best for windy conditions?
The Mace pepper spray gun now comes with a holster.
I carry the police model one everyday! Totally forgot it had tear gas in it yeah its not going to be a good experience for the person I use it on lol

if u like color try RAM DEFENCE PEPPER STREAM. 20ml has and orange reddish rust color
I would ask for a review sample, but it looks like the US is not a ram defense market.
If the pepper spray has expired, is it still suitable for self-defense?
No, it's no longer good. Pepper sprays are always leaking small amounts of compression. An expired can will no longer shoot the spray reliably.
@@ConcealedCarryAndrew ok so that is the problem, thank you very much dude
Thank you
Hello ladies, which one do you like and going to buy?
I strongly recommend against carrying and using any pepper spray that looks like a bullet hand gun. amaganset press used the mean green during a 1st amendment audit.
The fox mean green will dye an assailant for over a week..... means trying to avoid criminal charges for criminal acts will be that much harder......
why no POM?
I made this vid before I got a POM spray.
Cool

Well which companies do you recommend
@@rynx2357 Saber Red Formula and Fox Labs (5.3)
REAR SPRAY! That's my answer for carry in my car. 35 feet of spray gets it done.
Bigger is better. I had a pepper spray explode in the backseat when I was driving. I had to pull over real fast.
I guess it is not safe to leave pepper spray ín a car in Florida heat??
the first one has this quick release .....device...just press....the button....other side.....there we go, a minute later
I am a huge fan of the magnet quick release Plegium uses. The magnets are very strong and simple to separate.
The only 2 brands to buy is Saber Red Formula and Fox Labs. The other brands are junk and unreliable.
I wouldn't go for UV dye mix. Dilution is not the solution.
Bk
Not so quick release
True dat. Plegium pepper sprays have a magnet quick release.
Pom?
I didn't have a POM spray at the time this video was made. I carry on POM spray everyday.
What a goofy pepper spray weapon! SCREAMING dispenser. I think I'd be embarrassed to use it!
See what a rape victim thinks about it??
Quick release, took him 1 minute to get off
Not a good review you should of state each ingredient
Unlike food, pepper sprays don't come with an ingredient list.
