You know what, even though I have the Top Gun P-51 I think I’ll still get this one, it looks epic!
My great uncle flew a p51 mustang. He was supposed to go home, but the ship was full so he decided to stay and keep fighting since his family had just moved from sweeden. He was unfortunately hit over Munich on April 1st 1945. He radioed in saying he was going to bail out but he was never heard from again. We assume that the explosive in ejector malfunctioned. His brother was a bombardier on a b17 and he flew in North Africa and Italy. At the end of the war I think he might’ve had some missions in Germany as well.

@@chicagolanddesigns6447 ahhh I believe you buddy no worries I'm guessing your brave relative couldn't get out on time, sometimes the canopy would become stuck due to heat or another malfunction, interesting story, love the p51

But there's one little problem. I don't have any Lego 😏 My whole collection consists of collectables from other companies which are not suitable for playing with.
Now imagine how a Twin Mustang from Cobi would look like! I think it is even possible to build a MOC if you buy this set twice and connect the planes together.

My second most favorite plane
great plane. but I know I watched a dogfights episode about a pilot that flew this particular and was credited with shooting down a me 262. even though simple history said it was a thunder bolt that did it, but it was really a blue nose mustang that shot down a me 262. it had a cool story, while yes there might be stories that has thunderbolt did it to.

In my opinion, the COBI Original P51D mustang was the best, it had the drop tanks and the nose looked more realistic

Going to buy the 262 and this since I can't find a p40 warhawk.

I was looking for a warhawk to change things up since there are always p51's and corsairs but hardly any p40's or even dauntless aircraft.
I would love to see a lego type Dauntless with a tail gunner.

I didn't count what I spent. The income is enough for buying sets. COBI don't give samples like Lego

What's that?
I see the canopy falling off when the plane is inverted (at the 4:19 mark) . . . older Cobi sets (including the older P-51D) did not usually have this problem in my experience. Is this (the canopy not staying attached when the plane is inverted) normal for the new 1/32 Mustang, or is this just an example of a rare flaw/defective piece in this particular box?
Unfortunately, I have the same problem, so it's most likely the set itself.

Panlos, CaDA and others are Chinese companies and there are no Chinese subtitles, too. Analytics says less than 3% viewers are Polish.
