Speak of hours... now I'm kinda curious just what the hourly watch time for NP actually is in total per day... # of streamers x number of viewers x viewer watch time... has to be an outrageous number

Look at it like this some streamers has had up to 50k viewers alone let's assume 50k viewers watch for 1 hour minimum then leave and more get cycled in based on that 1 hour that's 5 years worth of time granted it's probably no where near as simple but that's as far as my knowledge extends

The simple fact that him admitting to this could get his whole entire server along with fivem shut down if he's telling the truth. Rockstar will probably even get in on this as they'll be pissed hearing about some twat supposedly hiring devs at 100k+ a year as thats more then what rockstar pays. He's 100% full of shit. He probably has paid a few devs like a one time 10k donos or some shit. He drops good money on them but just not very often. I believe koil, from what we’ve seen he’s not a bad person and really doesn’t gain anything from lying anyways. But it’s good to hear he pays the people who put in the work which is what really matters

Important to recognize net worth doesn't equal money in the bank, or what he's being paid. And he's accounting net worth right by not including NoPixel as part of his net worth. Very conservative method which is the best thing to do.

Like he said, it’s only that much when certain developments need to happen in a short period of time. The contracts he has for the devs now are most likely not like that. That money may go towards “bounties/bonuses” when Koil need certain development projects done, or if some dev comes to him asking for it in exchange for pushing something out faster.

30-40k a month on devs and we see no changes on main server other than deleting stuff
They are mainly working on 4.0 in the background, but they have also made a lot of small changes recently. Look at all of the changes to the cars that have been made over the past few months. Also the changes to try and nerf controller driving. CG recently had their houses redone to have mansions/apartments instead of their small houses that they used to have. A lot has been done, they just arent huge things that affect every individual. Most have been small things that affect a small number/group of people.
We see a lot of changes you just dont understand what goes into a server like this. They do a lot of background work. The fact that they have managed to make the server work this smooth almost as well as normal gta online is a fkin miracle. Go look at some 2.0 footage there has been A LOT of improvements. There are also people that design the player housing etc etc
Also, I believe devs(developers) is also including the GMs who are kicking people and dealing with reports

Let's say a prio is worth 200 dollars a month, there are 2000 people in a server. So it makes around 400000 a month. Now multiply that times 3-4 cause of multiple servers. So you can guess the amt

1000's of people pay for prio. never used to make much till they did prio and open lot more servers. pretty sure they be like 3-4 new servers next year
they have so many servers Like the public servers foe NA also the Private server as well as NP India and another NP server I belive
but still thats quite alot of money just from prio and some donations and a few servers. i cant imagine that so many people pay so much for that stuff

Summit added to everyone’s net worth, but success on twitch was probably at least eventually inevitable assuming the same quality and time was put into it. The rapid growth is in a large part thanks to him though!

Have you seen the prices for priority slots? lol. It's kinda nuts. And it's basically required that you buy higher tier prio unless you don't mind waiting 10 hours in the queue.

Not when it's a company, as a company it is it's own entity. Like a person, so that the owner is an employee of that said company. That is used to avoid taxes, so for his salary to be 10k it would allow for tax avoidance. So it won't be tied to koli, that doesn't mean Koli can't pull from the account of Nopixel, because he can mark it as a company expense, like to lets say buy a car. It would be Nopixel buying it rather than Koli.
@@cbascomb lmao no. Not only do companies need to pay taxes, but he also needs to pay the devs and pay to keep the server up. Also to mark it as a business expense it has to be something that would reasonably be used in day to day business, so for a company that is ran completely virtually a car wouldn't pass as a business expense.
I'd bet a lot of money that he couldnt. Take two would have fun whooping ass in court n taking EVERYTHING from him.

@@highbear416 NoPixel has been around for many years. Before GTA it was an Arma 3 server based on roleplay aswell
So what you going to do when the car companies find out you’re using their vehicles without permission as imports? They probably want a cut if they don’t get it already….. also what are your plans moving forward past GTAVI ? There are rumors there will be official RP servers and RP elements built into the base game
Even if they were, fan made RP servers with their own custom scripts etc will always be 10x better than what a gaming company could make.
I'm not a fan of recent changes Koil has made with the gates, and barriers, the entire cop situation is fucked. Koil keeps going down this road no pixel will cease to be as successful as it is because people will quit playing on these servers.

Reddit will always talk shit. But when you check the users it's usualy the same 20 people posting there. Once you block them there isnt realy much left.
"i get nothing from nopixel" the man sold top tier prio on the pub server at $350 to over 1k people just in the week that XQC was first banned last year. hes now been selling top prio for over $600 on the main server, which is why he caters to big streamers since viewers would want to interact with them. if anyone believes he doesnt make any money on the server then i have an nft to sell you.
He seemed pretty honest about what he said. He let the money in the business and use it to grow the business. The business is owned by him, so yeah he is getting richer.. but it's not where his day to day money comes from.

Server costs, staff costs(5 to 10 devs), and paying taxes eats through that shit fairly quickly
