purl 14th row
(1st row of pattern)15th row:change color knit 3 slip 1 continue to the end of row
16th row: purl white and slip blue continue to the end
17th row: slip 1 knit 1 with blue yarn p 1.knit 1(blue stitch. p1 k 1 to the end if row (blue stitch should be knit). knit the last stitch even if purl.
18th row:slip 1 purl to the end with blue yarn
19th row: knit 1 with white yarn slip 1 knit 3 with white yarn continue this to the end
20th row: slip 2 purl 3 slip blue purl 3
(7th row of pattern) 21st row: slip 1 knit 1 with blue yarn purl 1 knit 1 (blue ones should be knit)
(8th row of design)22nd row: purl across
pattern end.
continue with this until the whole peice measures 6.5 inches
tie off the white yarn
decreasing:
