How to time bda:
Moons will appear on the sides of your screen when using a move. They will quickly spiral and disappear shortly after. You have to m2 BEFORE they spiral. You also need to m2 after they appear (so in between them appearing and spiraling). Keep in mind the moons will appear in different intervals for every move, so it's more of a reaction-type than memorization (they also are based on ping, so good luck memorizing it).
Things to note:
-The 2nd move procs the moons twice (though in short succession), giving you two (albeit slim) chances to do the bda.
-Only the bda of the 2nd move guard breaks, which is delayed, and also knocks back; it's unintuitive when used in combos.
-Hitting the bda gives you an effect on your arm and grants a slight m1 buff (0.5 dmg) for a short time.

Its not even that kokushibos 4 is inconsistent and 99% of the time it doesnt extend 2 misses the 2nd slash half the time and 3 is just bad
