Background: I am currently employed with an IT firm under a closed work permit (International Mobility Program: LMIA exempt). In the Work permit application, the immigration law firm hired by my employer mentioned NOC code as 2174, while the majority of the job roles and responsibilities I perform fall under 0213 or 2283 (Test Manager, Program Test Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Lead). Although NOC code is NOT mentioned in my offer letter or on Canada closed work permit paper, I am concerned that if the PR case officer would have access to the "work permit application" submitted back then, he/she would find the discrepancy in the NOC code submitted in the WP application and that on the PR application. Options: 1) I am thinking to align "roles and responsibilities" on the "reference letter" with that of the NOC code 2174. Of course, my employer (HR or reporting manager) has to agree on the same. 2) Explain the situation in LOE addressing to the case officer about different NOC codes in the WP application and in the PR application, assuming the reference letter from employer will have the job duties matching NOC codes. For British Columbia (EEBC - INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE) application, I have to choose primary NOC. I have three NOCs (all in category A), one is NOC1, second is 2174 and third is NOC2 (not sure as of now, so assumed two NOCs as NOC1 and NOC2). In all NOCs, I have 1+ years of experience each. I did jobs in sequence: NOC1, 2174, NOC2. So, could 2174 be chosen as primary although it's not first or last?

Actually i have received LAA at that time NOC was 4031 but we didn’t knew that B.Ed degree is necessary for that now we are going to change are NOC to 4214 we have all supportive documents. We are going to explain this in LOE. My only question is. Is it possible to change NOC after LAA?
Sir on the Expression of Intent It asks "What is your current occupation?" I understand that if I use nursing as my NOC I will be refused because It is not on the in-demand occupation list unless I have done something to be recognized by Manitoba's Licensing body prior to my application but that will take ages. One of my employer is not willing to provide me reference letter and also not willing to mail me this. I have a written letter from my supervisor from that company briefing my job duties and my full time work confirmation.I also have his ID card..I want to make an affidavit of the same but my lawyer ask the presence and signature of my supervisor which I cannot provide as they live in different city..what should I do now. Sir my NOC for 3 different job is same. Of which I have doubt in one job where JD falls under couple of NOC. Total yrs work experience is 4 yrs. All three are noc 2221 but the third one also matches with noc 3012 (infection control officer). However, their website donot define the JD for infection control officer but only describes for other nursing position. Hence I decided to stick to noc 2221 as my job matches more with what described there. Only problem is I did this job in hospital but in the leed statement of 2221 , it doesnot mention hospital as employer. So I am not sure if it is ok to use it. Also I am not medical technologist as I did deal with pateint samples and tested them as wel. My job was more based on environmental microbiological quality control in hospital and infection control but also did lab work. So i did microbiological testing and sampling in that basis. So its like i did 3 jobs in same job. I can get either of the JD. If possible sir pls let me knw if I chose my noc correctly or do i need to change it. My application submission deadline in 30 days remaining and Im freaking out in noc. Or is there a possibility to email u my Job description letter so that u cab hav a look. Thanks for your response sir. Regrettably, i don not have a card yo make international payments in US dollars. I can make these payments within India to any bank account. I’m really willing to get in touch with you and my only question is that I was refused PR stating that the self declaration I provided is insufficient evidence to prove my job duties. When i selected by job duties, I couldn’t find anything related to this in the NOC so I selected administrative assistants 1241. However, after refusal i contacted my manager and she confirmed that my job duties are more than what i have selected and that i have selected the incorrect ones. My question is, if I now provide the correct job duties with correct NOC code after providing incorrect self declaration, will I be considered a fraud? My NOC is 9243 and i have 10 years of exeprience in this field and diplomat of two years (wes), currently i reside in moroco and i want to.obtain a certificat o of qualification before landing to be elligible for federal skilled trades program.
Sir my NOC for 3 different job is same. Of which I have doubt in one job where JD falls under couple of NOC. Total yrs work experience is 4 yrs. All three are noc 2221 but the third one also matches with noc 3012 (infection control officer). However, their website donot define the JD for infection control officer but only describes for other nursing position. Hence I decided to stick to noc 2221 as my job matches more with what described there. Only problem is I did this job in hospital but in the leed statement of 2221 , it doesnot mention hospital as employer. So I am not sure if it is ok to use it. Also I am not medical technologist as I did deal with pateint samples and tested them as wel. My job was more based on environmental microbiological quality control in hospital and infection control but also did lab work. So i did microbiological testing and sampling in that basis. So its like i did 3 jobs in same job. I can get either of the JD. If possible sir pls let me knw if I chose my noc correctly or do i need to change it. My application submission deadline in 30 days remaining and Im freaking out in noc. Or is there a possibility to email u my Job description letter so that u cab hav a look. I have asked this to many people but no one is giving me clear answer. Also , i cannot decline ita as my age will increase in August hence my crs score will drop.

While you were explaining about the fact that for FSW ,Employmnet requiremnets are not required.
But NOC 1111 , Second letter of NOC skill level 1 says that "university education is ususally required"
Does it mean that apart from duties ,a candiadate has to be a graduate for fulffing work experience no. of years for CRS SCORE?
I am a Chartered Accountant qualified in November 2011 exam which results were declared in January 2012. Further, I got CA membership in February 2014. I have started my CA studies in March 2007 after clearing entrance exam.
My query is while creating EE profile.. There is one question in 'study check' that "when you are qualified to work in your occupation?"

Same concern. I'm already at 3 months post AOR and selected noc 1311. But 1311 and 1111 have almost same duties mentioned. Now i'm worried a lot 😰😰😰😰
1111 and 1311 do not have the same duties. They are quite different

Total experience of 8 years, out of which, 3 years(2011-2014) I worked on the field as an architect (NOC - 2151).
5 years( 2014 to 2019) I've been working as Assistant professor in an architecture college (NOC - 4011)
Both field are related to architecture. While applying for the express entry, which NOC should I be mentioning as my primary?

1. My reference letter has appointment date and has my current designation which is Assistant manager however its doesnt specifies about my prior designation which is senior executive. Will it create any trouble or ahould get new reference lettee from my organization.

Thanks for the video. I am applying for express entry in my related NOC with 3 years of relevant experience to get maximum points from 2013 to 2017. However, I have previous work experience history as well starting from 2009 to 2013. Do i need to show my previous work experience AND job offers AND reference letters for 2009-2013 period? Previous NOCs do not match with current ones as i switched career. But what i want is to for the 2013 to 2017 experience to count towards my NOC, so in that case i need to only submit reference letter from 2013-2017?

One of my relative is at Saskatchewan and I am planning to apply for express entry PR (Saskatchewan province ). Noc Code 2174 suits me perfectly . I applied with 1241 -Admin assistant, however, my actual job is a bit different and I actually work on a cloud based HR system. The reason why i selected 1241 is that I couldn’t find anything related to my actual job so I selected the one that matched closely. But they refused. My job title Delivery Specialist

Thanks for your response sir. Regrettably, i don not have a card yo make international payments in US dollars. I can make these payments within India to any bank account. I’m really willing to get in touch with you and my only question is that I was refused PR stating that the self declaration I provided is insufficient evidence to prove my job duties. When i selected by job duties, I couldn’t find anything related to this in the NOC so I selected administrative assistants 1241. However, after refusal i contacted my manager and she confirmed that my job duties are more than what i have selected and that i have selected the incorrect ones. My question is, if I now provide the correct job duties with correct NOC code after providing incorrect self declaration, will I be considered a fraud?
