What is the wattage and voltage of 775 motor you have used . I used 12 volt motor but there is no enough torque. Hence motor stops which cutting wood

Nice video... can you please listed all the materials you are using or provide a link to purchase? I have no idea how to search the material you shown just after the dc motor. And i can't find that steel shaft you are using.

When you can attach a blade directly to the shaft why this belt ?
The machine runs fast, but when sawing it is very weak.
@@TNHcreative So if you attach a belt does it retain the speed ?
Some energy loss will be there through the belt but one advantage is the " shaft of the motor won't get damaged ".
I have shown in the video, everything has its principle, why I use a small pulley in the motor and a larger pulley in the shaft. If you find your design better, please share with everyone. ☺

So much complicated assembly is not needed. Just attach the blade with 5mm shaft adaptor ,fix in the mid portion and attach switch and socket for pin. It will be simple😊

I found this motor in a drill, its capacity is quite large at over 180w
@@TNHcreative thank you for the answer. I want to use 150w. But I don't want to use maximum power. I think a 10 amp power supply will do its job. By the way, what size strap was used? I think 200m might not be enough if a big knife is used. I'm thinking 280m. If the belt is too long, will it affect the power? More precisely, do you think it has an effect on the rpm speed?
@@diacomservice The saw may operate weakly if the power source does not have enough capacity😉. The belt does not affect the speed. If you want to change the speed, you must change the transmission ratio.

@@diacomservice In my video, I use a 16-48 pulley, the gear ratio is 1/3, for example you can change it to 16-60, it will be slower but more powerful. As for your 775 motor, it's great! 😊

@@vijayaram2566 Did you do as I instructed in the video🙂, 775 motor should use power source with intensity above 20A

@@vijayaram2566 Your saw runs very fast but when it cuts it doesn't work, no matter how strong your power source is, the belt and pulley slow down and increase the torque. You see my saw cuts a thick piece of wood but it doesn't stop.
@ I agree that pulley arrangement has more torque, as pulley arrangement acts like reduction gear mechanism 👌
