I had a horrible experience with Cutco, a Cutco rep, and a horrible conversation with Cutcos customer service person over the phone.
Do I recommend Cutco after this experience?? I don't know.
Has my image of Cutco been shattered? Yes.
Will I ever be able to forgive and forget, No.
What's the point of this video?? I don't know. I guess you can't trust anyone even with a 100% guarantee.
