I had one, actually a few and they are brilliant however they kept breaking down all the time. Took it back constantly, have now had to buy a Meile but it doesn't clean or suck as hard. Very disappointed because I really loved the the bosch stick vaccum.
I'm thinking of buying one now because my dyson dc 45 has broken down with just 2,5 years of use. They it must be the battery. Can you charge the battery of the bosch every time after use? Or you have to wait until it has finished?
Thanks for demo, have just bought one from Ideal World, to replace Shark, who have thee worst customer service on the planet. This vac looks like quality. I bought a Russel Hobbs from IW where they give a 14 day home trial period, that was a cheap, plasticy thing. I have higher hopes for the Bosch.
Keep roller brush free of hair and wash filters when needed. Any problems you have the Bosch warranty that includes the battery pack. I think the warranty is 2 years from purchase but may have changed.
Bought mine as a second vacuum as I prefer a cylinder when I'm doing weekly stairs, soft furnishings etc. I love it!!!!. Keep it on charge ready to go. The lower the setting the longer the charge lasts. I use one for the hard floors and two for the rest in seven rooms for a quick whip around with battery to spare. Can't ever imagine using high setting. Comes with tools but as I've a cylinder cleaner it's easier to get out than dismantle the Bosch to put the tools on. I must admit that for crumbs on the sofa cushion I just lift up the Bosch and hoover them off. I have two cats who moult terribly in the summer but the machine copes well. Ok I have to empty it and take the filter out after every use but it's a doddle. No regrets
This vacuum is a piece of junk. The handle / body connection is a joke. It is either too loose causing intermittent cut outs or too tight meaning the force needed to attach the handle breaks the flimsy contact housing in the body completely wrecking the thing. The Germans are great engineers, my arse!
george foweraker yer I have another video where we had a failed battery pack. Luckily it was still under warranty. I think the other two we do get a reasonable runtime.
The Bosch Athlet is available from Amazon amzn.to/2Tw46zF
Hi, The battery can be charged straight after use. Keep an eye on Ebay as we bought our three Athlets off there.

this is why you should buy a Dyson which doesn't loose suction when the filter fills up!
YES THEY DO
This is much better than my Dyson but not as good as my Shark duo
Thanks for a quick demo
No problem
Is it possible to clean panels with it?
I don't see why not so you would probably use it on setting 1 so the brush doesn't rotate.
