This is a very instructive video but I have one objection. If you fill your "stomach" with air, you will belch. I think the word you are looking for is "abdomen" but even that is not accurate. You are filling your lungs, which displaces your diaphragm. But, when learning to breathe properly, expanding the abdomen is a good illustration.
