Great video as always - The condo fee discussion is a little skewed in opinion. You are comparing the cost of 1 BD Condo to 3BD house. If you compare the condo cost of 3BD condo the maintenance will shoot up even more(Easily 30% more because they are based on sqft)
Makes sense, thanks :) I feel Most people don’t really need a 3 bed condo… 😀 at least for their first home and I have not taken enough maintenance for a home honestly. There is so much including buying equipment like snow shovel, lawn mowers and all that you don’t really need in a condo
I recently moved to Calgary 9 months ago and making decent income 6 figures . Should I start looking for house? I am confused. As the money which I am saving for house goes away in some or the other way. Though I am investing every week in stock. Should I talk to you guys? Thanks. Speaking honestly about the real estate situation. The industry has driven home prices too high for most families. The solution is for prices to align with family budgets, even if it means a market correction. The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on the govt.
If that saves dissapears then you don't really have it...If you have 20% down then you are able to purchase around 300-400 k right now with the high interest rates. Increase DP to be approved for more.
Hi ,I'm single and I recently got my pr ,my question is should I buy a 2 bedroom apartment and give on rent or save and buy a house 🏠 . Secondly if I do either of it I will be on debt here and I also intend to take a loan in India and buy a house there too , will the bank approve this in India if I do it here?
