I've been in this home. There are some truly great aspects to this house, and it's on a great street. That being said, it need A LOT of work, which is why you hardly see any inside shots. The furnace was broken, looks like it was installed when the titanic sailed (covered in a foot of asbestos). The kitchen is circa 1970's complete with wood grained dishwasher. There was some sort of strange addition to the house where they added on, but the refrigerator is in a separate room. The add on is 1970's and doesn't keep with the character of the house. Once restored PROPERLY, it is a one of a kind house. There is wood work and aspects that you don't see anywhere. Hopefully we'll see it again as it is now - not from the early 20th century.
