This video was made at Charles Darwin's house, Downe House in Kent, England. In just 15 minutes it reveals what has been misunderstood about Darwin's theory of evolution, and why Lamark was rubbished by his contemporaries. Both Lamark and Darwin thought that acquired characteristics can be inherited, contrary to the modern theory of neo-Darwinism. The way in which that happens is also explained in the video.
