    Loved this, I have those "blah" days often, working 60+ hours, but maintaining a base level of fitness is really important to me. I also like how you explained how the exercises equate to riding. I've been criticized for having a visually lovely but ineffective position, due to having trouble isolating different body parts.

      Dissociation is often overlooked, people are usually strong, super mobile or both but can't control each segment independently. It's quite fun to train it! X

    Beth, can you please do a video about how you manage your own health & energy levels (not so much fitness related) - maybe what you eat in a day or supplements you take etc. I recently started taking magnesium and feel sooo much better, but wondered if there's anything specific you do, health-wise, for endurance & riding in general?

      I can indeed. It'd be a pretty short video though, I don't take any supplements. I have a fairly balanced whole food diet but I also ate a whole pack of Percy pigs yesterday 🤣 x
