I’m following 9 people. No way if hit a daily limit. I’ve tried everything. Clear cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. I can’t edit either.

Some reason I'm cut off at 291 people I can follow If I try to follow anyone else it just unfollows them literally on follows them right after I follow them I don't know why this is happening I've tried everything and this video and other videos nothing works would be nice if it did because it would be helpful to grow my account more I can't even follow new people now either because it cuts me off at 291 It's ridiculous I'm an artist and I can't freaking share my music with the world if people can't follow me and I can't follow them back

I made accounts before as well but i made them on my phone (with a sim) and those accounts worked fine after 1-2 hours of scrolling. Now i made an account on my pc. Maybe you’re supposed to use tiktok with sim. 🤔 idk i’ll try it.
