Sir....Mr. Anand Kishore is the senior superintendent of police....a senior IAS officer....as well as the principal secretary to the chief minister of Bihar. .....there might have been some kind of misunderstanding between the judge and the p. Secretary.....to which Mr. Secretary failed to clarify....and despite explanation....stood totally confused in expressing his statements.....now came the camel at foot of the hill....he ultimately met to his match. In court's manual....decorum is the prime protocol to be maintained strictly which seemed lacking in the p. Secretary....pl. maintain decorum before honourable court and his excellency ...judges/justices.....

I personally feel that the judge was little rude to say cinema hall and all. the Officer was at least in his formal with proper mask, not like T shirt, half sleeve, and tattoos in his face... Such behaviour of showcasing of power should be condemned and action to be taken by the higher authority, not sure who would question a judge. After all he is a civil servant who serves us, it is as equivalent as insulting us.
I absolutely agree with you. The judge just wanted to show his power. Why does it matter if he is wearing the coded dress. We are not living under British. Why does the judge did not wear a wig? Doesn't he know the code. These are the questions that i wanted to ask the judge. It's a simple exhibition of power and supremacy on judge's part. We should stop addressing then as Lord. They are not Lords. No one is against the law "including the judge". I cannot understand how magically the court decision depends on the Dress that is worn by the hearer. Dress code is a practice that has to be long abolished.

He didn't have to accept if they found any individual in improper dress-code. This is not the time to tell him that what dress-code he is supposed to follow. If court has allowed him to stand there for hearing the he must be eligible one to proceed, if not so then who is responsible court or that person who is not even from the same background. Second thing, judge must use his common sense as well because the dress he was in was formal plus he is not an advocate by profession. So itna understanding hona chahiye.. your main focus should be on the case itself...kisi ko koi saukh nhi h court jakar bahas karne ka.. any way as he is not in proper dress-code then judge can advise him to not to follow the same instead of scolding a aged person and neglecting the main discussion in the complete hearing. This is not such a big issue, issue is only the case he filed. You are judge, doesn't mean you will raise your voice and insult someone. The advice/instruction or an order should be in a proper way.. if his drees-code was informal then your order/instructions was even informal than that.

As per BCI guidelines judges are not to be addressed as Mylord. They may be addressed as Sir or maximum Your Honour. As per BCI guidelines judges are not to be addressed as Mylord. They may be addressed as Sir or maximum Your Honour. If despite guidelines, they are addressed as Mylord, it is sycophancy and also it may create arrogance in judges. My lord in this universe is only one i.e. God Who loves all His creation.
