    This is funny as hell because I lived almost my whole childhood in Philly and as a child they was everywhere. We called them hacks. U could literally find them at any shopping district. They only become uncommon because of ride share apps. So for them to act like this is new is crazy 😂

    No sympathy! Come on people, use common sense. All of this screams, "Stranger Danger!" lol Why would ANYONE get in a car with a stranger? That is a red flag! If you decided to get in the vehicle with a stranger, you deserve to be found in a ditch somewhere! #SorryNotSorry! I once called an Uber and the person that showed up was a woman (same on the app), but she was in a different car that appeared on the app. She was upfront and said her car is in the shop and she is driving her sisters car...No Thanks! I called another Uber. I'm not exiting this world like THAT! lol

      Right!!! Why would anyone ever get into a darn car with a stranger who can't be tracked. People are really dense lol.
