    Already land rates are Overpriced in Hyderabad because of mediators. So many layers.
    So better to invest now in AP where you can get good returns.

      Yes you are true. Let's say, the actual rate will be around 10000 per sq yard. The middle men are quoting 30000 per sq yard. That's going on in Hyderabad. Just think.

    Telangana lo politicians and builders became syndicate and they are not reducing the prices, eventhough 40% flats are vacant. Earlier, BRS government done real estate business. Government duty is to keep the land and apartment prices within the reach of middle man. Who will buy it the 2BR flat is 1 crore and 3BR more than 1.50 CR. How many will buy. Almost 70% people are middle class only.

    Hyderabad real estate rates are already increased to maximum. We don't see any growth near future. Amaravati it will take minimum 10years for development. But it will never become Hyderabad. They need three parallel cities to develop.

    కనీసం 5 ఏళ్ళు పడుతుంది అమరావతి అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు అమలు చేస్తున్న సంగతి అందరికీ తెలుస్తుంది దాని బట్టి అప్పుడు ఒక నిర్ణయం తీసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది. కానీ ఇప్పుడు మాత్రం తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం పై ప్రభావం చూపించే అవకాశం లేదు.

    Hyderabad జనాభా 1 కోటి 10 లక్షలు
    అమరావతి లో జనాభా కనీసం 10 లక్షలు అయిన, వుండాలి కదా.
    అమరావతి లో minimum జనాభా కూడ లేకుండా రేట్లు పెంచడం అంతా artificial.

    Hyderabad government got 30k acres land if they tie up with good reality companies and construct affordable homes it will have ripple effect and generate lot of employment.. Only few realtors holding a chunk of land and created hype in the prices time for Telangana government to bring down the rates and viability for home buyers else we will see a shift

    తమ్ముడు ఇది పెద్ద జగన్నాటకం.దయచేసి అమరావతి రియల్టర్ల చేతిలో నష్టపోవద్దు. ఇది దగా మోసం.ఒక నగరం ఏర్పడాలంటే దాదాపు 30 నుంచి 40 సంవత్సరాల టైం పడుతుంది.1991 నుంచి హైదరాబాద్‌లో అభివృద్ధి ఐటీ కంపెనీ ల ద్వారానే జరిగింది.అభివృద్ధి జరగడానికి దాదాపు 34 సంవత్సరాలు పట్టింది. ప్రజలారా దయచేసి అబద్దాలు నమ్మొద్దు.మళ్లీ మోసపోవద్దు.

      No loss for Hyderabad Real Estate. People have to decide about their residential stay. Politicians can’t influence decision of people. TS is in fully developed stage. AP is is still at commencing stage.

Because if you invest 1 cr in hyd doesn't guarantee that it can give max profits in the coming years as there will be a steady growth. But where as in Amaravati the current prices are affordable and will definetely gives good amount of profits in the coming years as it is in developing stage
