    Too long a greeting. I hate it when people say, "how can I help you?" Good morning, company name is enough. Then let them speak. I would assume someone rang because they needed some help, so you are there to help them. As for "not a problem" - so irritating. Why ever should or could it be a problem? Something more positive would be better, eg "yes, that's fine".

      Thanks Sara, the lenght of the greating is down to each company. People do not often hear the first 3 seconds of any call. With reagrds to "How can I help", I personally think it is polite to ask but each person needs to be comfortalbe with how they answer the phone. Saying Yes that's fine is a nice greating, I agree.

      I wish I could do that, but in the Caribbean we have to say the.company and our name. Especially when their foreign countries trying to hack.
