So if I’m using this head unit with a 1000rms 1500w 12” sub will iI work fine? I’ve seen some things about it only having 1 channel pre amp output? Will that cause the sub to not have enough power or?

You may want to check that the external microphone was installed with the receiver. The issue you are having would happen if that microphone was not installed.

According to the manual, you can turn that beep off in the main menu settings. It's covered on Page 6 of the manual, and under the "System" settings, you'll select the "Key Beep" option and then choose the "OFF" setting to deactivate those keypress tones. The JVC KD-T91MBS has three sets of pre-outs. You can connect your sub amp to the dedicated sub pre out.
