Driving a Dodge Challenger Hellcat around Knightsbridge - Reaction Video!

- In this video I ride inside my friend's new Hellcat and we take it around Central London. In the process, loads of people stopped in their tracks to take a photo of it! It was an incredible experience to go around Central London in the Hellcat, especially because they're very rare in the UK!

It's kind of funny that here in the US the Challenger can be found fairly common, yet in places like the UK it is basically a unicorn.
thats cuz American businessmen were smart to make cars affordable to mostly all, unlike the benz,audi,bmws, those are for the richy rich folk. Chevy,Ford,Dodge, some of the best cars in the world

JustAnotherUser565 Here in Canada I've found its a unicorn as well. I own a 2014 Challenger R/T Classic, Very rarely do you see other Challengers, let alone the v8 models. However Mustangs I find you see the v6 models all over
mustang has to be the most over produced car in history see one on every corner of every street in every country
So my Hellcat is considered a foreign exotic in London.. Ha.

People In England are more.excite to see a dodge 60k challenger Than a 300k Bentley or 500k rolls Royce
The real question is how did it fit on those tiny roads.
PUERTOrico FORMER/usaMARINE it’s called getting accustomed to something and adapting, where I live in the U.S. (Michigan) we see Dodge Challengers/Chargers, Camaros/Corvettes, Mustangs,etccccc. And after a while it gets boring, like trust me the Dodge Hellcat is absolutely my #1 favorite car, and I nod my head to the Zl1,Gt500,ZR1. But we see them everyday lmao, now when someone sees a Ferrari or Lamborghini and maybe a Porsche 911and I shit you not they’ll take more photos of the car than you can find on google 😂. That’s because those type of cars are barely ever seen in average communities and they aren’t native to Murcia and likewise in Europe same thing with American Imports.

@Crimson Idol it's the exact opposite over here in the USA, you see challengers almost every day and its a rare sight to see a Bentley or even a Rolls.
tru, since they're more common in the UK than they are in the US, everyone has become accustomed to the Bentleys and Rolls Royce's. Whereas Americans muscle cars, which aren't very common over there bring more smiles to people's faces.
Love this because Houston, TX is basically crawling with Hellcats. a guy a block from me has a Redeye.

Can get a Bentley for £30K , nothing special, this ain’t 2003. Rolls Royce you see parked or driving all in city limits, it’s normal now.
Yeah 2006 Bentley continental GT is a bargain saw one for sale at 10k
so this the equivalent to how we americans see skylines

Depending on the challenger, even in America they get similar reactions.
Xterminate13 honestly there are some SXT models that do look good. Some have nice 5 spoke wheels with a nice spoiler and maybe a cool diffuser. Some look cool but at the end of the day they’re still slow.

What hilarious to me is the slow and calmness of British streets compared to the chaotic and wild west style of roads you'd find in Italy
For any of y'all not in the us this car cost 26k usd new so they are common in the us
Yeah in the UK they'd probably cost around $100k usd. I have only ever seen around 5 in the UK.

I once collided with a pole while looking at one of those monsters. It's impossible not to look at it. A Ferrari, a McLaren, can pass by here in Chile and I can't give them a second thought, but a srt passes by and I look up at it hahahahaha

It’s really cool foreigners view American muscle cars the same way Americans view exotic cars like Lamborghinis, Ferrari’s etc. I wonder if they like the actual build of the car/it’s exterior aesthetic more than something like a Lamborghini?
Cars are all about patrioticism. American, European and Japanese cars, they can all be good but people will just be rude about it, always.

Driven two, one was the Hell Cat, the other with just the small Hemi. Either one will snap your neck and get your attention, which by the way, gets the attention of the Police.
