    Today, for Pepero Day, I made 5 cute handmade Peperos!
    Usually, Pepero sticks are not very tasty, but this one is so delicious, starting with stick cookies!
    I added cheese, matcha, and Oreo powder to it to make Pepero with more diverse flavors.
    This pepero is cute and cute, but it's really delicious. 👍

    ◼ Whites Choco Pepero: 'My Heart Mellows' Marshmallow (Strawberry Flavor)

    ▶ Ingredients ◀ Approx. 32
    Preheat to 338°F (170°C) and bake at 320°F (160°C) for 16-17 minutes
    [ Pepero Stick ]
    220g unsalted butter
    160g sugar
    3g salt
    60g eggs
    4g vanilla extract
    350g cake flour
    2g baking powder
    60g Almond Powder
    80g dark coated chocolate
    80g white coated chocolate
    8g Cheddar Cheese Powder
    80g white coated chocolate
    5g Matcha powder
    80g white coated chocolate
    6g Oreo Cookie Powder
    80g white coated chocolate
    Various decoration cookies & marshmallows
    ◼ Storage ◼
    - If you put silica gel together and store it, the crispiness will last a little longer. If there is no silica gel, it is recommended to store it frozen after packaging.

    스틱은 오늘만들고 내일초코입히고싶으면 스틱보관은 어떻게해야할까요? 이렇게 스틱만 미리 만들어두고해도 괜찮을까요?😂😂

      밀폐용기에 실리카겔을 넣고 보관하시거나 스틱을 완전히 식힌 후 바로 밀폐용기에 넣어서 냉동실에 넣었다가 초코 코팅하기 전에 미리 꺼내두고 해동하신후에 초코 코팅해주시면 됩니다. ^^ 저는 냉동보관후에 초코 코팅하기도 했는데 맛 그대로였어요!
