I am using this bike for past 4 years, really a good bike, previously I was using unicorn 150, at first I don't like this engine sound and refinement, after sometimes I feel in love, a good bike for relax cruising at 70

Bro my 2015 model Unicorn 160 is not getting much mileage at all. The air filter was replaced and the carburetor was cleaned. But mileage is 35 in maximum what to do ?
What about chain cleaning?

What is your opinion about feul tank rusted from in side any advice. Because m also using same bike sins from 2 year.
What's the cost of new tank? It is better to get new tank.
Think it other way, even if you clean you are not sure it is cleaned 100%.
You may still be pass rust into engine and as a result carburettor and engine will get impure petrol.
Better change the tank!
@@fatfatiya Yes the Suspension is on the hard side , My suspension got oil leak and got it repaired with a suspension specialist , he told me it will be much better now since he has done some changes even better than the company . you can get it checked once with the Suspension specialist in your city , I got the suspension changed once when the bike was in warranty then also it feels hard , i think there is some issue wth the structure of the bike that this prob is coming . Did you sell this bike or you are using it ..
I have ridden only 20k kms , changed Fuel Tank(Rust issue), front suspension ,rear suspension , switches , battery and other wear & tear almost done 20k expense..
New fuel tank cost is 8500 in honda service center ..better get it changed otherwise if rust goes inside carburator then bike can stop running anytime and u will have lot of issues later

Bhai, mere paas unicorn 160 bike hai, I face one major problem aur vo hai Tank andar se Pura "Jung" pakad Liya hai aur hamesha fuel tank me Jung ka kachra jama hota hai aur bike starting me problem as rha hai.
Please suggest me Naya petrol tank change karu ya phir aur kuch solution hai dusra please suggest

1. Tank replacement
2. Cleaning tank.
Tank replace kar doge to life set hojayega. Tension nahi rahega long term tak.
Tank cleaning kar doge to kuch time bad wapis clean karna pad sakta hai.
Mechanic clean karke dega. Khud se mat karna clean.
Mere hisab se replace kar dena thik rahega agar tank bhot purana hai to.
Ek bar ka kharcha hoga, but bar bar tension khatam hojayega.

Not much. Engine on 160cc is a bit more powerful and refined. 150cc is not in production now.

Had you faced any spark plug problem and chain spocket problem
I haven’t faced any issues. But after certain kms my mechanic asked me to change the Spark Plugs and Chain Spocket. And I thought it is a good thing to do.

Bro i have this bike and i am using it for 2 years . There is some tapping sound is coming while riding the bike . What should i do
Do nothing. It's default sound. Nothing wrong with the bike. I have been using it since Aug 2015 and working smooth without any issues. So, enjoy riding. You can also go on long trips, maintain 70kmph speed and you will enjoy the roadtrip.

Basic service charges without oil shouldn't be more than 600rs.
Suspension is good. Stock seat was not good. I had to replace seat with bullet bucket seat.
Parts are widely available. I didn't had major wear and tear in 5years.
Above 80kmph you will fell vibration.

Carburetor is the best.... FI have drawback. You've to keep 3-4ltr fuel and above always.

Mileage depend karta hai time to time servicing pe, chalane k tarike pe. Mujhe 4 saal baad ab 50-55 mil raha hai. Ye bike waise bhi band ho raha hai. Dusra bike test ride karo.
55ka definatly deti hai milage,coz meri bike ko 6years hogaye hai,problems thodi bohot hui hai but milage me kabi effect nahi aaya

My unicorn 160 only 35000km done but milage is not good to get me
I am using this byke since 4 yrs, suspension is very hard....don't take this byke....also showed to showroom, they also said it is very hard but unable solve this issue.I don't want to drive this byke due to hard suspension.
When waa the last time you changed fork oil?
Go to local mechanic and ask him to change fork oil. Sometimes showroom people are lazy to open fork assembly, hence they ignore.

Problem is at rear suspension....I also changed rear shock absorber...but nothing changed..I am thinking to sell it..
