Still very much at the learning stage. What I like about this guy is that he is very much a realist. Things do not always work out like you hope. It happens.

Thanks so much for this one! I busted deep in a tournament this weekend when I went all in with AQo when I had 15bb left and was first in the pot. Chip leader at table had pocket KK. I’ve been replaying it over and over. Still stings but this makes me feel I made the right play regardless. Thanks again!

If you're watching these videos and you listen to them, you will be a winning player
Just keep in mind poker is a high variance game you might lose don't get down on yourself. Also you might have a big streak of wins don't get too high on yourself either.
The most important thing in poker is game selection in bankroll management.
My game selection doesn't mean what variant it means playing against players that are weak or at least weaker than you.
As a beginner game selection might be hard but if you watch these videos and follow them even as a beginner you're going to be better than probably half to 70% of the players.

Main thing is have fun, play smart but also just enjoy the experience. That’s what it’s all about (unless you’re pro)

I have a question regarding playing with beginners. If my hand is weak (e.g. 8,3 offsuit) and everyone has only paid the minimum preflop (e.g. big blind), should I just limp in as well to see the flop?

  • @albem425

I would like to know what to do against players who raise very often preflop and a lot of money. They don't know how to play very well, what happens is that they have a lot of money and they don't mind losing it and they end up winning by chance.
